摘要
建立保健食品中β-胡萝卜素含量的测定方法。采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:岛津Inertsil C18(4.0 mm×75 mm,3μm),以甲醇∶乙腈=90∶10为流动相,流速1.0 m L/min。结果:β-胡萝卜素的浓度与峰面积线性关系良好(R2=0.999 81),平均回收率为99.4%,RSD=0.4%(n=9)。因此,高效液相色谱法可靠、灵敏、快速,可用于保健食品中β-胡萝卜素含量测定。
To establish a method for determination of β-carotene in health foods.Methods:high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),column:using Shimadzu Inertsil C18column(4.0 mm ×75 mm,3 μm),Methanol ∶ Acetonitrile = 90 ∶ 10 as the mobile phase,flow rate:1.0 m L/min.The linear relationship between β-carotene concentration and peak area are good(R2= 0.999 81),the average recovery was 99.3 %,RSD = 0.4 %(n = 9).Conclusion:The method is reliable,sensitive,rapid and can be used for determination of β-carotene in health foods.
