摘要
根据GB13223-2011《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》规定,SO_2排放限值为100 mg/m^3,这就要求气体分析仪测量低浓度烟气时具备良好的分辨率和稳定性。非分散紫外吸收法具有检出限低、在低浓度条件下运行稳定、抗干扰能力强等特点。对采用微流微热检测技术的非分散紫外吸收法便携式烟气分析仪在火电厂、烧结机脱硫后等现场进行了SO_2监测比对,比对结果显示,在高湿低浓度SO_2工况下,采用基于非分散紫外吸收法开发的便携式烟气分析仪测量SO_2不受H_2O、高浓度CO气体干扰,测试运行稳定,适用于现场手工比对测试。
According to GB 13223-2011(Thermal Power Plant Air Pollutant Emission Standards), the stipulate provides SO2 emission limit of 100 mg/m3, which requires the measurement of low concentrations by the gas flue analyzer with good resolution and stability. Non-dispersive ultraviolet absorption method (NDUV) has low detection limit at low concentrations, stable operation and strong anti-interference ability. In this paper, portable NDUV gas analyzer with micro-flow and micro-heat detection technology used in field of thermal power plant and sintering furnace after desulfurization to monitor SO~ The results showed that low concentrations of SO2 in high humid conditions, using the portable NDUV gas analyzer can effectively remove the interferences including H2O and CO when measuring SO2, so it is suitable for manual comparison testing.
