建筑废弃物处理过程中企业社会责任缺失成因及对策研究

Cause and Countermeasure Research of the Corporate Social Irresponsibility in the Process of Construction Waste Disposal

建筑废弃物的处理利用在我国尚处于初级阶段,资源化利用效率较为低下。在分析了我国建筑废弃物处理现状后认为,建筑废弃物处理领域企业社会责任缺失是导致资源利用率低下的关键原因,单纯依靠市场自身调节及企业行为自律,并不能实现建筑废弃物处理的最优状态。通过对相关利益主体社会责任履行的分析,剖析了企业社会责任缺失的成因。从我国当前的国情出发,提出构建企业社会责任评价体系、建立适合我国国情的CSR标准、建立有效的经济激励机制、加强监管制度的建设等建议来促使企业社会责任的有效履行,为完善建筑废弃物处理领域企业社会责任体系提供参考。

Construction waste disposal and utilization in China is still in its infancy, the utilization of recycling is relatively low. After analyzing the current situation of China＇s construction waste disposal, it is suggested that： building corporate social irresponsibility is a key reason leading to low resource utilization, it is impossible to achieve the optimal state of construction waste management if we just relying on the market itself to mediate and the enterprise self discipline. By analyzing the social responsibility of the relevant stakeholders, describing the causes of corporate social irresponsibility. From the point of view of the specific national conditions of China, This paper makes recommendations such as building social responsibility evaluation system, establishing the CSR standard that in accordance with the situation of our country to promote the effective implementation of corporate social responsibility, to provide reference for improving construction waste processing field of corporate social responsibility.
