深圳市城市水土保持治理研究

Governance Research on Urban Water and Soil Conservation in Shenzhen City Conservation in Shenzhen City

通过对深圳城市水土保持工程建设现状及存在问题的分析,提出了坚持"1条主线";落实"5项任务";构建"6大体系"的治理思路。并从生态网络工程建设、监督管理、方案审批、监测网络、应急处置、文化教育等方面提出了相应的治理措施,以期对我国城市水土保持工程建设提供借鉴。

Through analyzing the current situation and existing problems of water and soil conservation projects in Shenzhen City, this paper puts forward the management ideas, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of ecological network engineering construction, supervision and management, project approval, monitoring network, emergency management, cultural education and other aspects of the corresponding management measures. This work can provide a general guidance and reference for urban soil and water conservation in China expectantly.
