摘要
供水产销差是衡量企业效益和管理水平的重要指标,一直以来都是供水企业的关注重点,尤其近些年资源日益匮乏,供水成本压力逐渐加大,更凸显降低产销差的重要性。在说明产销差的具体组成的同时,对各组分进行了分析。基于主动查漏降漏、压力管理、管网改造、加强企业管理等4个方面给出了产销差管控的建议。
Non-Revenue water is one of the important indicators to measure enterprise benefit and management level and has always been the water supply enterprise focus. It highlights the importance of reducing non- revenue water because resources increasingly scarce and cost of water supply pressure gradually increase in recent years. This article shows non-revenue water specific composition and analyzes each component. At the same time, this paper gives non-revenue water control reasonable suggestions based on the four aspects, including active checks, reducing the loss of water, stress management, pipe network reconstruction and strengthening the administration of enterprises.
