摘要 目的:通过粉红指数法(the pink esthetic score,PES)和患者满意度测评来评价管状带蒂瓣(tubed pedicle flap)技术在美学区单牙种植修复中应用后的美学效果。方法:选取10例上颌美学区种植患者,分别植入10枚3i或BEGO种植体,在冠修复后进行两次PES评分。结果 :10枚种植体均形成骨结合并完成永久修复。基线期(冠修复后1周)PES总分为9.15±1.361,随访期(冠修复后6个月)为10.70±1.005,两者差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。70%的患者对种植修复的美学效果表示满意,30%的患者表示基本满意。结论:通过短期观察,在美学区单牙种植修复二期手术中应用管状带蒂瓣技术是可行的,增加了种植体颊侧软组织的丰满度,能满足美学区单牙缺失的大部分病例的美学要求。远期效果有待进一步研究。 Objective: To evaluate the soft tissue management by tubed pedicle flap technique in single-tooth implant restoration in esthetic zone. Methods: 10 patients were treated with 10 3i or BEGO implants by single-tooth implant restoration in esthetic zone. Assessment by pink esthetic score(PES) and investigation of the patients,satisfaction after crown placement at 1-week and 6-month follow-up were made. Results: 10 implants retention rate was 100%. PES for single-tooth implant was 9.15 ±1.361 at crown placement 1-week follow-up, and 10.70 ±1.005 at 6-month follow-up. The difference was significant(P〈0.05). 70% patients fully satisfied with the esthetic effect, the other 30% patients only satisfied. Conclusion: In the short-term, tubed pedicle flap technique in soft tissue management of single-tooth implant restoration in esthetic zone is predictable. The long-term outcome remains further observation.
