摘要
知识经济时代,研发合作越来越成为企业创新能力提升的重要途径,而高管薪酬激励往往又决定着高管对研发合作的重视程度。将高管薪酬激励、研发合作与企业经济绩效纳入同一个研究框架,考察高管薪酬激励对于研发合作-企业经济绩效关系的调节效应。研究结论表明,研发合作对企业经济绩效的影响随着高管薪酬激励的不同而异,高管薪酬激励对研发合作与企业经济绩效的关系具有增强型交互作用。
In the era of knowledge based economy, R&D collaboration increasingly become a important way to im- prove the enterprise innovation capability, and executive compensation incentive often determines the degree of em- phasis on the R&D collaboration. The paper combines executive compensation incentive, R&D collaboration and enterprise economic performance to the same research framework, and studies the moderating effect of executive compensation incentive on the relationships between R&D collaboration and enterprise economic performance. The results show that R&D collaboration has influence on enterprise economic performance vary from different executive compensation incentive. The executive compensation collaboration and enterprise economic performance. incentive has enhanced interaction to the relationship of R&D
