摘要
工程科技人才培养问题,是我国迎接"新工业革命",走新型工业化道路的关键问题。高等工科院校要加强适应"新工业革命"的科技人才培养,必须加强校企合作,形成院校、企业、科研单位"三位一体"的协同培养人才机制,促进教师角色转型,强化双师型教学;以着力培养工程科技人才应具有知识、技能和态度为主线完善工程教育体系。
The research of development of China＇s engineering and technical personnel training is the key to new in- dustrial revolution and new road of industrialization. To adapt to the new industrial revolution, Technology Universi- ties should promote construction of the platform for University-Industry cooperation and Industry-University-Re- search cooperation model. In this way, it can strengthen the change of teacher~ role and development of a group of Engineering-teacher Type. Engineering and technical personnel should strengthen the cultivation of the knowledge, skills, and attitudes. So the main purpose is to perfectthe engineering education system.
