摘要
为实现我国工程教育大国向工程教育强国转变的目标及满足工业化发展对工程技术人才规格的需求,构建与高等工程教育相适应的质量监控与评价体系至关重要。在剖析构建高等工程教育人才培养质量监控与评价体系的必要性及分析其存在的主要问题的基础上,从监控、信息收集与反馈以及评价三个方面,构建科学、可操作的质量监控与评价体系。
In order to realize the objective of transforming from large-scale engineering education to engineering edu- cation power and to meet the industrial development needs of engineering and technical personnel specifications, the construction of the quality monitoring and evaluation system which is suitable to higher engineering educationis essential. The paper analyzed the necessity of quality monitoring and evaluation system in cultivating talents in Higher Engineering Education. Based on it, the paper builds the quality monitoring and evaluation systemfrom mo- nitoring, information collection and feedback which is scientific and practical.
