摘要
合适的孔径对金属有机骨架材料(MOFs)的应用起着关键作用。本文从有机配体、金属源、反应溶剂、反应温度以及模板剂几个方面叙述了其对金属有机骨架材料孔径调节的影响。最后,对拥有合适孔径的金属有机骨架材料在药物控释领域的研究进行了概述,并对其在药控领域所具有的广阔前景做了展望。
It is very critical for metal organic frameworks to have appropriate pore sizes, which influence on their application. In this paper, in terms of organic ligands, metal sources, different reaction solvent, temperature, and template agents, the latest progress of these factors how to adjust pore sizes of metal organic frameworks were reviewed. At last, MOFs with appropriate pore sizes was reviewed, which was applied in the field of drug controlled release. Moreover, a further view in the field of drug controlled release was prospected.
