青藏高原草地畜牧业生产现状、问题及对策

Situations,issues and solutions of the grassland animal husbandry of Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau

为科学评估青藏高原草地畜牧业生产现状,对四川省、青海省和西藏自治区的13个乡镇的153户牧户进行了入户调研,综合分析了高寒地区各调研户户均饲草供给、家畜生产、基础设施条件及家庭收支情况,提出了阻碍草地畜牧业可持续发展的饲草供给不足、经济效率低下、基础设施落后、生产技术滞后等关键问题,并提出了相应的应对策略.调研结果可为国家相关部门制定政策法规,促进高寒牧区畜牧业可持续发展,实现牧区生态安全和牧民增产增收提供重要参考.

In order to estimate the animal husbandry production situations of the grassland at the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau scientifically,153 farmers from 13 counties randomly selected from Sichuan province,Qinghai province and Tibetan autonomous region were investigated in the aspects of the forage supply,livestock production,infrastructure condition,income and outcome of household,and thus the key issues of forage lack,low economic efficiency,poor infrastructure and production technology hysteresis that restricting the sustainable development of animal husbandry,and the feasible strategies are proposed. This investigation could provide important guideline for government in designing the strategies and rules in order to promote the sustainable development of animal husbandry of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau,and achieve the wins of both ecological safety and income increase.
