摘要 目的:研究高速逆流色谱(HSCCC)分离天然产物中成分的应用进展.方法:采用Pubmed和CNKI数据库收集和整理HSCCC相关的实验研究情况,并主要综述了HSCCC的工作原理、特点、溶剂系统的选择、成分(生物碱、黄酮类及其它成分)分离与纯化、技术联用与改进等的应用及研究进展.结果:高速逆流色谱是最近几十年发展起来的一种具有独特优点的创新色谱技术(新型液-液分配技术),并随着对药物有效成分药用和食用疗效研究不断深入,已被广泛的用于天然产物的研究.结论:在色谱技术领域中,HSCCC应用于分离天然产物成分具有重要地位. Objective: To investigate the progress in the application of high-speed counter-current chromatography ( HSCCC ) in component separation of natural products. Method:This paper collected data of current studies and trials by conducting an ex- tensive search in the Pubmed and CNKI database. The principle, characteristics, solvent system, component separation and puri- fication ( alkaloids, flavonoids and other components), application and research progress to the technology' s combination and im- provement of HSCCC were reviewed. Results:HSCCC was a new type of chromatographic technology with unique advantages( a new liquid-liquid distributing technology)established in the past few decades ,and was widely used in the research and applica- tion of natural products with the progress in the medical and edible efficiency of active components of the drugs. Conclusion : In the field of chromatography,the application of HSCCC in component separation of natural products has an important position.
