四逆散合左金丸联合雷贝拉唑治疗胃食管反流病50例

Clinical Study on Lipid Metabolism of Phlegm- Dampness Constitution Patients by Acupuncture at Fenglong and Zusanli Points

目的分析探讨四逆散合左金丸联合雷贝拉唑治疗胃食管反流病的临床疗效。方法选择本院收治的胃食管反流病患者100例作为研究对象,收治时间在2013年1月—2014年1月期间,随机将这100例患者分成实验组和对照组,每组各50例,对照组采取雷贝拉唑治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上加用四逆散合左金丸,并对比分析2组的疗效。结果 2组患者经治疗后症状总积分均优于治疗前(P<0.05);实验组的症状改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论四逆散合左金丸联合雷贝拉唑治疗胃食管反流病的疗效显著,可推广应用于临床。

Objective： To explore the influence of blood lipid metabolism of phlegm- dampness constitution patients with abnormal lipid through acupuncture at Zusanli and Fenglong points. Methods： The patients were randomly divided into a Zusanli- Fenglong reinforcing- reducing group,a Zusanli reinforcing and Fenglong reducing group and a Zusanli reducing and Fenglong reinforcing group. Acupuncture needles were used with the operation of reinforcing- reducing method and lifting- thrusting supplementation and draining method,retaining the needles 30- 40 mi each time,once daily,for continuous 15 days as a course. At the end of each course,the acupuncture treatment stopped for 3 days. The effectiveness was evaluated after 3- course treatment. There was no any medication during the acupuncture treatment. Results： The three groups showed a good effect on lowering blood lipid. The Zusanli- Fenglong reinforcing- reducing group was better than the other two groups,and there was significant difference（ P 0. 05）,Compared with the pre- treatment,the serum Tg and TC of the three groups was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Compared with the pre-treatment,the HDL- C increased and LDL- C lowered in the Zusanli- Fenglong reinforcing- reducing group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. After the treatment,the serum Tg,TC and LDL- C levels of the Zusanli- Fenglong reinforcing- reducing group decreased significantly than those of the other two groups,and the difference was significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture at Fenglong and Zusanli points has good clinical effect on the reduction of high blood cholesterol and the improvement of phlegm-dampness constitution,worthy of application.
