新疆番茄供应链融资模式研究

Research on the Financing Mode of Xinjiang Tomato Supply Chain

随着经济全球化的发展,农产品市场的竞争已慢慢转换为供应链与供应链之间的竞争,传统的融资方式受到较多制约,为保证资金的顺畅流通,必须探索新的融资方式。现以新疆番茄供应链为例,在阐述其现状的基础上,分析资金缺口,并分别针对新疆番茄不同的订单农业形式,设计出"龙头企业+农户"供应链资金互融的内部融资模式和分别以"龙头企业+金融机构+农场+农户"、"龙头企业+金融机构+村委会+农户"、"龙头企业+金融机构+产销大户+农户"供应链金融模式为基础的外部融资模式,以期为农产品供应链的融资与发展提供参考。

With the development of economic globalization,the competition of agricultural products market has gradually transformed into the competition between supply chain and supply chain.And because of the restricted traditional way of financing,new financing way must be explored to ensure the smooth flow of funds.This paper took Xinjiang tomato supply chain as an example,and analyzed funding gap on the basis of the present situation.And for different orders of agriculture in Xinjiang,this article designed the internal financing mode of supply chain financing for‘leading enterprise＋farmers＇ and the external financing model based on supply chain finance mode of ‘leading enterprises＋financial institutions＋farm＋farmers＇,‘leading enterprises＋financial institutions＋village＋farmers＇ and‘leading enterprises＋financial institutions＋sales＋farmers＇.Finally,we hoped this research could provide a reference for the financing and development of agricultural products supply chain.
