摘要
采用TI移相控制器UCC28950设计了全桥移相变换器,实现了其超前桥臂、滞后臂的零电压开关,其系统具有结构简单、占空比丢失较小、软开关较容易实现等特点。首先全面分析了全桥移相的工作原理,讨论实现软开关的必要条件,计算了主要器件参数,然后利用PSIM仿真软件对电路进行仿真,最后通过实际搭建的5k W大功率AC/DC开关电源进行测试,验证了此方法设计的合理性。
The controller UCC28950 of TI zero voltage switching of leading-leg and the is used lagging to design phase-shifted full-bridge converter transformer, and the -led is achieved , which the structure is simple and duty cycle loss is small, and the soft switching is easy to implement and so on. Firstly, its working principle is analyzed from all a- round, the necessary condition of achieving soft switching is discussed, and the parameters of main components are calculated. Then, the circuit is simulated by using PSIM software. Finally, the results prove that the parameters are designed reasonably through the actual design of 5 kW high-power AC/DC switching power converter.
