大型输水箱涵混凝土变形缝施工技术研究

摘要 输水箱涵以其整体刚度大、对软土地基及地基不均匀沉陷适应性好、断面调节方便、施工工艺简单、造价较低等优点,广泛应用于输水工程。箱涵混凝土施工中,由于技术和施工工艺等原因要设置变形缝,变形缝在输水干线箱涵倒虹吸工程中得到了广泛应用。文章对箱涵混凝土变形缝施工过程中的材料选择、施工技术要点以及质量控制问题进行了研究,结论对相关工程施工具有一定的借鉴意义。 The water conveyance box culvert is widely used in the water conveyance project for its advantages of high integral rigidity,good adaptability to the soft soil foundation and uneven settlement of the foundation,convenient section adjustment,simple construction process,low cost and so on.In the construction of concrete box culvert,the deformation joint is set up due to the reasons of technology and construction process.The deformation joint is widely applied in the main line of water conveyance project.In this paper,material selection,key points of construction technology and quality control in the construction process of box culvert concrete deformation joint were discussed.The conclusion has some reference meaning to the related project construction.
