摘要
针对云南某低品位软锰矿进行强磁选工艺试验,探索磁选流程并重点优化磨矿细度、磁场强度、脉动冲次、棒介质直径对锰精矿指标的影响。在较佳的分选条件下,原矿经"一次粗选、一次精选"高梯度强磁选流程选别后,可获得品位为29.50%、锰回收率为83.45%的锰精矿。
An experimental study on high-intensity magnetic separation has been conducted of the low-grade pyrolusite ore from Yunnan. The article explored the magnetic separation process and focused on optimizing the grinding fineness,magnetic field intensity,pulsating speed,diameter of bar medium on the influence of manganese concentrate index. With the high-intensity magnetic separation flow sheet of one roughing-one concentrating,manganese concentrate with the grade of 29. 50% and the recovery of 83. 45% were obtained under the best condition of separation.
