摘要
采用卧式加压釜为主要反应设备进行加压氧化制备锰酸钾的半工业试验。试验使用了JM-1和JM-2两种锰矿粉为原料,先后进行了间断试验和连续试验,试验结果表明:在大幅缩短反应时间的同时,二氧化锰转化率下降幅度仅2%~3%,提高了生产效率,验证了整套工艺的可行性。
Semi-industrial tests of preparing potassium manganate were finished by using horizontal pressure reactor.Two kinds of manganese powder( JM-1 and JM-2) were both used in the discontinuous and continuous tests. The result of semi-industrial tests are verified to be the feasibility of the whole process,and much experience was accumulated for industrial production.
