摘要
目的:观察中药小复方对糖尿病小鼠心脏氧化应激及微循环的作用。方法:腹腔注射链脲佐菌素制造糖尿病小鼠模型(150 mg·kg^(-1)一次注射和50 mg·kg^(-1)连续三次注射),观察各组小鼠体质量、血糖、耳廓微循环、心肌组织SOD活性及MDA含量变化情况。结果:给药后与模型组比较,中药组小鼠体质量、血糖、SOD活性及MDA含量均有明显改善,且中药B组显著优于中药A组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小剂量多次注射STZ诱导小鼠糖尿病模型更适于糖尿病发病机理的研究,且中药复方对糖尿病小鼠心脏病变有防治作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of compound formula of Chinese medicine on the oxidative stress and microcirculation of the heart in diabetic mice. Methods: Diabetic mice model was made by intraperitoneal injection of Streptozotocin( 150 mg·kg- 1once and 50 mg·kg- 1for successive 3 times). The changes of body mass,blood sugar,microcirculation of the auricle,activity of SOD in cardiac muscle tissue and the content of MDA in both all groups were observed. Results: Multiple injection of small dosage into the STZ-induced diabetic mice is more suitable for the study of the pathogenesis of diabetes,and compound formula of Chinese medicine has preventive and protective action for the pathogenic changes of the heart in diabetic mice.
