养心归草汤对心房颤动患者炎症因子水平的影响

Influence of Yangxin Guicao Decoction on the Level of Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation

目的:观察养心归草汤对心房颤动(房颤)患者炎症因子水平的影响。方法:将200例房颤患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组各100例,对照组口服华法林+美托洛尔缓释片,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服养心归草汤。观察两组患者治疗前后炎症因子水平的变化情况。结果:治疗后两组患者高敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、脑钠肽(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)、醛固酮(aldosterone,Ald)均明显优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养心归草汤可显著改善心房颤动患者的炎症因子水平。

Objective： To observe the influence of Yangxin Guicao Decoction on the level of inflammatory factors in patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods： 200 patients with atrial fibrillation were randomized into control group and treatment group,with 100 cases in each group. Control group were orally given Warfarin ＋ Metoprolol Sustained Release Tablets while treatment group were additionally administered Yangxin Guicao Decoction. The changes of the level of inflammatory factors after the treatment were compared. Results： The levels of hs-CRP,BNP and Ald in both groups after the treatment were obviously better than these before treatment,and the improvement in treatment group was better than that in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Yangxin Guicao Decoction can significantly improve the level of inflammatory factors in patients with atrial fibrillation.
