丹红还五汤治疗青年脑梗死伴高同型半胱氨酸血症临床研究

Clinical Research on Cerebral Infarction of Young Adults Accompanied with Homocysteine Treated with Danhong Huanwu Decoction

目的:观察丹红还五汤治疗青年脑梗死伴高同型半胱氨酸血症的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年4月—2013年4月130例青年脑梗死伴高同型半胱氨酸血症患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各65例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用丹红还五汤加减治疗,观察治疗后两组患者相关指标变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后14 d、28 d神经功能缺损评分较治疗前明显下降,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后Hcy、NIHSS评分较治疗前明显下降,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组有效率80.00%,观察组有效率93.84%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹红还五汤治疗青年脑梗死伴高同型半胱氨酸血症临床效果显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Danhong Huanwu Decoction on cerebral infarction in young adults accompanied by homocysteine. Methods： 130 young adults with cerebral infarction accompanied by homocysteine treated between April,2010 and April,2013 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 65 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional western medicine treatment and observation group were additionally given modified Danhong Huanwu Decoction. The changes of relevant indexes in both groups were observed after the treatment. Results： After 14 days and 28 days of the treatment,the scores of neurologic impairment in both groups got marked decrease and the decrease in observation group was greater than that in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. The scores of Hcy and NIHSS in both groups got obvious decline and the decline in observation group was greater than that in control group,with statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. The effective rate was 80. 00% in control group and 93. 84% in observation group,with statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Danhong Huanwu Decoction has clinical therapeutic effects on cerebral infarction in young adults accompanied by homocysteine.
