凉血通瘀汤治疗急性脑出血临床研究

Clinical Research on Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage Treated with Blood-Cooling and Blood Stasis-Removing Decoction

目的:观察凉血通瘀汤治疗急性脑出血的临床疗效。方法:选取本院收治的急性脑出血患者134例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各67例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用凉血通瘀汤口服治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后证候积分及出血量的变化情况。结果:观察组治疗后的证候积分为(7.68±10.17)分,对照组的证候积分为(11.84±10.95)分,两组患者的证候积分均显著低于治疗前,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的脑出血量为(3.31±5.62)m L,对照组治疗后的脑出血量为(3.54±5.37)m L,两组患者治疗后的脑出血量均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),两组患者治疗后脑出血量的对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组有效率为83.58%,对照组有效率为58.21%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:凉血通瘀汤治疗急性脑出血,可显著改善急性脑出血患者的临床症状,提高临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Blood-Cooling and Blood Stasis-Removing Decoction on acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： 134 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomized into observation group and control group,with 67 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional treatment of western medicine while observation group were additionally orally given Blood-Cooling and Blood Stasis-Removing Decoction. The changes of symptom scores and amount of bleeding in both groups were observed. Results： The symptom score was（ 7. 68 ± 10. 17） in observation group and（ 11. 84 ± 10. 95） in control group after the treatment,both of which were markedly lower than these before the treatment（ P 〈 0. 05） and the score of observation group was apparently lower than that control group,with statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. The amount of cerebral hemorrhage was（ 3. 31 ± 5. 62） m L in observation group and（ 3. 54 ± 5. 37） m L in control group; the amounts of bleeding in both groups were remarkably lower than these before the treatment（ P 〈 0. 05）; the difference in the bleeding between the two groups had no statistical significance（ P 〉 0. 05）. The effective rate was 83. 58% in observation group and 58. 21% in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： In treating acute cerebral hemorrhage,Blood-Cooling and Blood StasisRemoving Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and enhance the clinical effects.
