针刺治疗脑卒中后抑郁临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Poststroke Depression Treated with Acupuncture

针刺疗法作为中医的经典特色疗法,在脑卒中后并发抑郁的临床治疗中取得良好疗效。但其中不乏一些问题:针刺疗法尚缺乏统一的疗效评定标准,无法对多种针刺疗法进行较为客观的评价,降低了其可比性;临床实验报道以小样本居多,而缺乏大样本量的观察实验,说服力较弱;有些报道的临床研究机制尚不十分明确。应在保持原有的研究基础上,对于所存在的问题进行改进:增强课题设计的严谨性与科学性;在多次的课题试验中寻找出统一的疗效判定标准,确立其规范化;扩大样本数量,增强课题的说服力与可信度;各项研究应进一步明确各自的研究机理,为针刺治疗卒中后抑郁提供科学的试验依据与理论基础。

Acupuncture as a distinctive traditional Chinese therapy,has been proved to have good effects on poststroke depression（ PSD）. However,there are still some problems： absence of unified efficacy assessment standard of the acupuncture treatment and thus it is impossible to make objective evaluation and lower the comparability; most of the clinical experimental reports are small samples and lack of observation experiments of large samples leads to poor persuasion; some clinical research mechanism of the reports are not definite. Therefore,based on the original research,the research methods of extant problems should be strictly improved; enhance the preciseness and scientificity of the program design; seek out an unified efficacy assessment standard from multiple program trials and establish its standardization; enlarge the sample size,enhance the persuasion and reliability of the program; the mechanism of each research should be identified to provide scientific experimental and theoretical basis for the treatment of PSD with acupuncture.
