血府逐瘀汤联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化60例

Sixty Cases with Chronic Hepatitis B Liver Fibrosis Treated with Blood Stasis Expelling Decoction Combined with Entecavir

目的:观察血府逐瘀汤联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法:将60例慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组应用恩替卡韦治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合血府逐瘀汤。观察两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后肝纤维化指标的变化情况。结果:观察组有效率为90.00%,对照组有效率为63.33%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前肝纤维化指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者血清透明质酸(hyaluronic acid,HA)、层粘蛋白(laminin,LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原PCⅢ、Ⅳ型胶原Ⅳ-C各项指标均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化临床疗效显著,且能改善患者肝纤维化水平。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Blood Stasis Expelling Decoction combined with Entecavir on chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis. Methods： 60 patients with chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis were randomized into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group. Control group were given Entecavir for the treatment while observation group were additionally combined with Blood Stasis Expelling Decoction. The clinical effects and the changes of the indicators in the liver fibrosis before and after the treatment between the two groups were compared. Results： The effective rate was 90. 00% in observation group and63. 33% in control group,with statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. The difference in the indicators of the liver fibrosis between the two groups before the treatment had no statistical significance（ P 〉 0. 05）. Indicators of HA,LN,PCⅢ and Ⅳ-C in both groups declined apparently compared with before treatment,and the decline in observation group was bigger than that in control group,with statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Blood Stasis Expelling Decoction combined with Entecavir has remarkable therapeutic effects on chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis and it can improve the level of the liver fibrosis of the patients.
