扶正解毒方联合化疗治疗肺癌临床研究

Clinical Study on Healthy Qi-Strengthening and Toxin-Eliminating Formula Combined with Chemotherapy on Lung Cancer

目的:观察扶正解毒方联合化疗治疗肺癌的临床疗效。方法:将95例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为观察组49例和对照组46例。对照组给予常规DP化疗方案,观察组在对照组的基础上加服扶正解毒方。观察两组患者近期疗效,以及生活质量评分、T细胞亚群水平。结果:观察组有效率为34.69%,总稳定率为71.64%;对照组有效率为28.26%,稳定率为56.52%,两组有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组总稳定率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在身体状况、情绪状态、家庭作用、认知和社会功能5个维度方面均有改善,与本组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组T细胞亚群CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_8^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+值较治疗前明显升高,且观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:扶正解毒方联合DP化疗方案可提高肺癌患者的临床疗效,增强患者免疫功能、提高患者的生活质量。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Healthy Qi-Strengthening and Toxin-Eliminating Formula combined with chemotherapy on lung cancer. Methods： 95 cases with non-small cell lung cancer were randomized into observation group（ 49 cases） and control group（ 46 cases）. Control group were given regular DP chemotherapy while observation group were additionally given Healthy Qi-Strengthening and Toxin-Eliminating Formula. The short-term effects,scores of life quality and levels of T cell subset of the two groups were observed. Results： The effective rate was 34. 69% in observation group and 28. 26% in control group; the total stable rate was 71. 64% in observation group and 56. 52% in control group; the difference in effective rate between the two groups had no statistical significance（ P 〉 0. 05） but the difference in total stable rate of them had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. There were some improvements in the health condition,mental condition,family roles,cognition and social function in both groups after the treatment; the difference in the conditions between before and after the treatment had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）; and the improvement in observation group was better than that in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. After the treatment,the values of T cell subset CD3＋,CD4＋,CD8＋and CD4＋/ CD8＋in observation group obviously increased when compared with before the treatment and the increase in observation group was greater than that in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Healthy Qi-Strengthening and Toxin-Eliminating Formula combined with DP chemotherapy can enhance the clinical effects on lung cancer,and improve the immune function and life quality of the patients.
