复方蛇草汤治疗寻常痤疮临床研究

Clinical Research on Acne Vulgaris Treated with Compound Shecao Decoction

目的:观察复方蛇草汤治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年9月—2014年9月本院收治的寻常痤疮患者76例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各38例,对照组采用异维A酸治疗,观察组采用复方蛇草汤治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后相关指标的变化。结果:观察组疗效均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗后血清E2含量明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),并达到正常水平。观察组治疗后血清T含量明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),并达到正常水平。结论:复方蛇草汤治疗寻常痤疮能够有效纠正体内性激素水平,疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of compound Shecao Decoction on acne vulgaris. Methods： 76 patients with acne vulgaris admitted into this l hospital between September,2013 and September,2014 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 38 cases in each group. Control group were given Isotretinoin while observation group were given compound Shecao Decoction for the treatment. The clinical effects and the changes of relevant indicators after the treatment in the two groups were compared. Results： The therapeutic effect of observation group was markedly better than that of control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. After the treatment,the content of serum E2 in observation group was obviously higher than that in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）,and it reached the normal level; the content of serum T in observation group was apparently lower than before treatment（ P 〈 0. 05）,and it reached the normal level. Conclusion： Compound Shecao Decoction can rectify the level of sexual hormone level in treating acne vulgaris with remarkable therapeutic effect
