小青龙汤合三子养亲汤治疗慢性支气管炎临床研究

Clinical Research on Minor Green Dragon Decoction Combined with Three-Seed Filial Devotion Decoction in Treating Chronic Bronchitis

目的:观察用小青龙汤合三子养亲汤治疗慢性支气管炎外寒内饮、痰浊阻肺证的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年5月—2014年2月就诊于本院的慢性支气管炎外寒内饮、痰浊阻肺证患者98例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组各49例。对照组常规西医对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用小青龙汤合三子养亲汤治疗,两组均连续治疗15 d。观察两组患者治疗前后相关指标的变化。结果:两组患者治疗后临床症状及证候积分较治疗前均明显改善,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后血清炎性因子hs-CRP、TNF-α、VC、TLC、FVC、MVV水平较对照组患者明显改善,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小青龙汤合三子养亲汤治疗慢性支气管炎外寒内饮、痰浊阻肺证疗效显著,其机制与降低炎性因子水平有一定关系。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Minor Green Dragon Decoction combined with Three-Seed Filial Devotion Decoction on chronic bronchitis of syndrome of external cold and internal water retention and syndrome of phlegm-turbidity obstructing the lung. Methods： 98 patients with chronic bronchitis of syndrome of external cold and internal water retention and syndrome of phlegm-turbidity obstructing the lung were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 49 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional symptomatic treatment while treatment group were added with Minor Green Dragon Decoction combined with Three-Seed Filial Devotion Decoction. Both groups were given 15 days of continuous treatment.The changes of relevant indexes in both groups after the treatment were observed. Results： The clinical symptoms and the symptom scores of both groups got apparent improvement after the treatment and there was significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）. The effect of observation group was better than that of control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The levels of serum inflammatory factors of hs-CRP,TNF-α,VC,TLC,FVC and MVV in observation group got obvious improvement when compared with these in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Minor Green Dragon Decoction combined with Three-Seed Filial Devotion Decoction has remarkable therapeutic effects on chronic bronchitis of syndrome of external cold and internal water retention and syndrome of phlegm-turbidity obstructing the lung,and the mechanism is associated with the decline of the levels of inflammatory factors.
