生活工作环境对中医体质类型影响的Logistic回归分析

A Logistic Regression Analysis of Influences of Living and Work Environments on Types of TCM Constitution

目的:探讨生活或工作环境可能对中医体质类型的影响,为在环境方面调理中医体质类型或中医养生提供理论依据。方法:通过对2011年—2014年于广东省中医院健康调养咨询门诊就诊的585例患者的生活和工作环境及中医体质类型进行调查,分析生活、工作环境和中医体质类型之间的关系,初步筛选出有统计学意义的指标,并进一步采用非条件Logistic回归分析筛选出可能影响中医提示类型的因素。结果:本研究共收集有效病例585例,其中平和质63例(10.80%),偏颇体质522例(89.2%),经单因素分析初步发现可能影响中医体质类型的环境因素有工作环境室温低、夏天在空调环境中的时间、工作环境空调温度、空调温度过低适时添衣,然后按照α=0.20水平将单因素分析可能有统计学意义的6个指标代入非条件Logistic回归模型,结果发现偏颇体质与夏天在空调环境中的时间超过5 h、工作环境空调温度在25℃以上的关联性较强。结论:生活或工作环境可能会对中医体质类型产生一定的影响,通过改变人们的生活或工作环境可能有助于改善中医体质。

Objective： To explore the possible influences of living or working environment on different types of TCM constitution in order to provide theoretical bases for adjusting environments or TCM life cultivation. Methods： By investigating the living and work environments and the TCM constitution types of 585 patients who were treated in the health nursing consultation clinic of Guangdong Province TCM Hospital between the year 2011 and 2014,the relationship between the living and work environments and the TCM constitution types was analyzed; The indexes with statistical significance were first screened,and then the factors which may influence the TCM constitution types were further screened by using non-condition Logistic regression analysis. Results： The research collected 585 effective cases,and among of them,there were 63 with mild constitution（ 10. 80%）,and 522 with biased constitution（ 89. 2%）. By analyzing single factor,the possible factors which influence the TCM constitution types were discovered as follows： low working environment temperature,the time in the air conditioning environment in the summer,air conditioning temperature in the work environment,timely added clothes when facing too low air conditioning temperature. Then according to the alpha = 0. 20 level,six indexes which might have statistical significance based on the single factor analysis were put into the unconditioned Logistic regression model. The results found that there was strong relevance between the biased constitution and spending more than 5 hours in air conditioning environment in summer and the air conditioning temperature above 25 ℃ in the work environment. Conclusion： The living or work environment may have certain influences on the TCM constitution types which can be improved by changing improper environments.
