逍遥散治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征30例

Thirty Cases with Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome Treated with Free Wanderer Powder

目的:观察逍遥散治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。两组均从月经第5天开始服用促卵泡汤,卵泡成熟后给予绒毛膜促性腺激素,10 000 IU,肌肉注射,促进卵泡排出,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用逍遥散加减口服。结果:治疗组排卵率72.8%,妊娠率为43.3%,对照组排卵率为45.5%,妊娠率为16.7%,两组患者排卵率与妊娠率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有效率为66.7%,治疗组有效率为90.0%,两组有效率比较,异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥散治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征,可促进卵泡排出,提高妊娠率,临床疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Free Wanderer Powder on luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome（ LUFS）.Methods： 60 cases with LUFS were randomized into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group. Both groups began to take Volulation-Promoting Decoction from the 5th day of the menstruation and given chorionic gonadotropin of 10 000 IU by intramuscular injection after the follicles became mature. Treatment group were additionally orally given modified Free Wanderer Powder. Results： The ovulation rate in treatment group was 72. 8% and the pregnancy rate was 43. 3% while these rates in control group were 45. 5% and 16. 7% respectively; the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. The effective rate was66. 7% in control group and 90. 0% I treatment group,with statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： In treating LUFS,Free Wanderer Powder can promote ovulation and increase the pregnancy rate with definite clinical effects.
