摘要
目的:观察火针结合刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法:选取本院收治的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者68例,随机分为治疗组36例和对照组32例。治疗组给予火针结合刺络拔罐治疗,对照组给予毫针针刺治疗。结果:治疗组有效率97.2%,对照组有效率93.8%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:火针结合刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of fire acupuncture combined with collateral-puncturing cupping on postherpetic neuralgia. Methods： 68 patients with postherpetic neuralgia hospitalized in this hospital were randomly divided into treatment group（ 36 cases） and control group（ 32 cases）. Treatment group were given treatment of fire acupuncture combined with collateral-puncturing cupping and control group were given acupunture treatment with filiform needles. Results： The effective rate was 97.2% of treatment group,better than 93. 8% of control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Fire acupuncture combined with collateralpuncturing cupping has remarkable therapeutic effects on postherpetic neuralgia.
