摘要
目的:探讨口服鬼臼类中药中毒的原因与临床救治措施。方法:选取本院2010年1月—2014年1月接收的56例口服鬼臼类中药中毒患者,调查记录其服药原因并予临床救治,观察临床救治结果。结果:患者服药主要原因为治疗身体疾患;中毒后临床治愈率为94.64%。结论:鬼臼类中药含一定毒性,服用方式不当可导致中毒,应在医生指导下服用,如出现中毒后立即入院救治。
Objective： To investigate the incorrect administration and clinical treatment of poisoning caused by it. Methods： 56 patients with oral administration of podophyllum Chinese herbs and got poisoned hospitalized between January,2010 and January,2014 were selected,investigated for the reason of administration and conducted clinical treatment. The results of clinical treatment were observed. Results： Podophyllum Chinese herbs have some toxicity and improper administration can lead to poisoning. Therefore,the administration should be guided by doctors and timely treatment in the hospital is needed after poisoning.
