摘要 MS4A(membrane-spanning 4-domains,subfamily A,MS4A)是一个新的基因家族。在人类中,共发现16个MS4A基因家族成员,包括MS4A1(CD20)、MS4A2(FcεRIβ)和MS4A3(HTm4)等。MS 4A基因家族在细胞分化、信号转导和细胞周期的调节中起着重要作用。除免疫系统疾病以外,还发现MS4A基因家族与肿瘤的发生相关。本文对MS4A基因家族与肿瘤关系的最新研究进展进行综述。 Membrane-spanning 4-domains,subfamily A(MS4A) is a newly discovered gene family.Sixteen members of MS4 A gene family were found in human beings,including MS4A1(CD20),MS4A2(FcεR1β),MS4A3(HTm4),etc.MS4 A gene family plays an important role in cell differentiation,signal transduction,and cell cycle regulation.Besides immune system diseases,MS4 A gene family has been found that it is associated with tumor occurrence.This review summarizes the research progress in relationship of MS4 A gene family with tumor.
