棉氨针织物小浴比气流染色及工艺缩时探讨 被引量:2

摘要 通过分析气流染色生产实践中的影响因素,如染料选择、上染性能分析、染色工艺和行机条件以及利用高温排放、预备缸等实现工艺缩时,制定出比较合理的染色工艺,即浴比为1∶4、喷嘴压力1.1 bar、风机55%~70%、150 s/圈的行机条件,元明粉打底,2次加碱的染色工艺,即使染敏感色也较理想。生产结果显示,以小浴比气流染色机染色,棉针织物可取得颜色均匀、布面毛头及各项色牢度均理想的布面效果。 The influences of dyestuff combination, dyeing performance and process, machine running condition on air flow dyeing in productive practice were analyzed. The high pressure drain and pre-preparation of charge tank were used to shorten the process time. The optimized dyeing process with 1:4 low liquor ratio is determined as nozzle pressure 16 psi, blower 55%-70%, machine running condition 150 s/cycle and Na2SO4 as the primer. The alkali was added twice during the process. The obtained color, even the sensitive color is satisfying under the optimized condition. The manufacture practice results show that uniform shade, good pilling and colorfastness of cotton knitted fabrics can be obtained via low liquor ration dyeing.
