摘要
本研究通过测定柱花草4个品种在种子萌发过程中参与糖代谢的α-淀粉酶、β-淀粉酶和总淀粉酶活性的动态变化,得出α-淀粉酶活性在种子萌发和幼芽生长初期活性增加,在萌发中期和幼芽生长中后期酶活性降低,其中马弓形柱花草变化幅度最大。β-淀粉酶活性在萌发期呈上升趋势,到种子开始露白即胚根突破种皮时达到最大值,到幼芽生长期β-淀粉酶活性降低。其中维诺拉有钩柱花草在不同时期的β-淀粉酶活性最低。以热研2号柱花草参与糖代谢的淀粉酶活性进行相关分析的结果表明,α-淀粉酶和总淀粉酶之间的相关性比β-淀粉酶的显著,所以α-淀粉酶活性变化能够更好地反映总淀粉酶活性的变化。可为研究柱花草种子萌发中的生理变化提供参考依据。
In this paper, the activity of α-amylase, β-amylase and the total amylase enzyme which involved in glucose metabolism during seed germination of four Stylo species were tested and analyzed. The results showed that the activity of α-amylase enzyme increased in the early stage of seed germination and bud growth, and decreased in the middle period of seed germination and bud growth in the late, in which the variation in the Fine stem Stylo was the largest. The activity of β-amylase enzyme presented increasing trend in germination stage, and reached the maximum value when the seeds began to emerge white which means the radicle break through seed coat, and decreasedin the period of bud growth. The activity of β-amylase enzyme was the lowest in different periods of Verano Stylo. Taking Reyan NO.2 Stylo as example, the correlation analysis showed that the correlation between α-amylase and the total amylase was more significant than β-amylase, so the changes of α-amylase enzyme activity could better reflect the changes of total amylase enzyme activity. It provided a reference for the study on physiological changes of Stylo during seeds germination.
