摘要
应用微波消解、电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定山茱萸中6种微量元素的含量。结果表明,山茱萸中Fe、Se、Zn、Mn、Cu和Ni 6种元素的含量分别为240.612、9.091、6.942、5.388、4.110和1.457μg/g;加标回收率为94.0%~103.5%,RSD在0.48%~4.17%。山茱萸中富含Fe、Se、Zn、Mn、Cu和Ni 6种微量元素,测定结果具有良好的准确性和精密度。
The contents of 6 trace elements in Fructus Corni samples were determined by microwave digestion and ICP-AES method. The results showed that the content of Fe,Se,Zn,Mn,Cu and Ni in Fructus Corni. was 240.612 μg / g,9.091 μg / g,6.942 μg / g,5.388 μg / g,4.110 μg / g and1.457 μg / g,respectively.The average recovery was from 94.0% to 103.5% and RSD was from 0.48% to 4.17%.It indicated that the Fructus Corni. was rich of Fe,Se,Zn,Mn,Cu and Ni elements and the results had good precision and accuracy.
