强心贴穴位贴敷治疗慢性心力衰竭48例

Forty-Eight Cases with Chronic Heart Failure Treated with Acupoint Plastering Therapy with Heart-Strengthening Plaster

目的:观察强心贴穴位贴敷治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将95例患者随机分为对照组47例和治疗组48例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用强心贴穴位贴敷,隔日1次,30 d为1个疗程。结果:两组患者治疗后生化指标较治疗前明显改善,且治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强心贴穴位贴敷治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭,可改善患者的临床症状及生化指标,提高生活质量。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of acupoint plastering therapy with Heart-Strengthening Plaster on chronic congestive heart failure（ CHF）. Methods： Totally 95 patients were randomly divided into control group（ 47 cases） and treatment group（ 48 cases）. Control group were given conventional western medicine treatment while treatment group were added with acupoint plastering therapy with Heart-Strengthening Plaster,once every other day and 30 days as a treatment course. Results： The biochemical criteria in both groups got obvious improvement after the treatment,and treatment group was better than control group;the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： In treating CHF,the acupoint plastering therapy with HeartStrengthening Plaster can improve the clinical symptoms,biochemical criteria and the living quality.
