心宝丸治疗急性颈髓损伤后窦性心动过缓34例

Thirty-Four Cases of Sinus Bradycardia After Cervical Spinal Cord Injury Treated with Xinbao Pills

目的:观察心宝丸治疗急性颈髓损伤后窦性心动过缓的临床疗效。方法:选择2009年2月—2013年8月在本院治疗的外伤性颈髓损伤后窦性心动过缓患者64例,随机分为治疗组34例和对照组30例。两组患者均给予常规治疗,根据其病情针对外伤性颈髓损伤给予相应治疗,如营养神经、脱水;合并肺炎者,予抗感染治疗。对照组给予异丙肾上腺素微泵静脉滴注,治疗组给予心宝丸鼻饲治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为91.2%,对照组有效率为93.3%,两组有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者的尿常规、血常规、电解质、肝肾功能、空腹血糖均未出现异常。结论:心宝丸治疗急性颈髓损伤后窦性心动过缓疗效显著,与异丙肾上腺素疗效相当。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Xinbao Pills（ XBP） on sinus bradycardia after cervical spinal cord injury. Methods： Sixty-four patients with sinus bradycardia after cervical spinal cord injury who were treated in our hospital between Feb. of 2009 and Aug. of 2013 were chosen and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 34 and 30 cases respectively in each group. First,all the ones in both groups were given proper routine medicine treatment according to exact conditions such as nerve nutrition,dehydration,or anti-infection for patients with pneumonia. Based on this,the ones in the control group were added intravenous infusion of isoproterenol-less micro-pump,and the ones in the treatment group were added XBP for nasal feeding. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 91. 2%,while that of the control group was93. 3%; And the difference between them had no statistical significance（ P 〉 0. 05）. There were not unusual conditions of routine urine tests,complete blood count,electrolytes,liver and kidney functions,and fasting blood glucose. Conclusion： XBP has remarkable clinical curative effect on sinus bradycardia after cervical spinal cord injury,and the nearly equal effect as isoproterenol-less micro-pump does.
