舒心汤联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病100例

One Hundred Cases with Coronary Heart Disease Treated with Shuxin Decotion Combined with Trimetazidine

目的:观察舒心汤联合曲美他嗪治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)的临床疗效。方法:将2013年1月—2014年12月本院收治的200例冠心病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各100例。对照组应用曲美他嗪治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用舒心汤。观察两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后心绞痛发作次数及每次心绞痛发作持续时间。结果:治疗组有效率为89.0%,对照组有效率为72.0%。两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治心绞痛发作次数和每次心绞痛发作平均持续时间比较均小于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后心功能改善显著优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒心汤联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病疗效显著,且临床症状得到改善。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Shuxin Decotion combined with trimetazidine on coronary atherosclerotic heart disease（ CHD）. Methods： Totally 200 patients with CHD hospitalized between January 2013 and December 2014 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 100 cases in each group. Control group were given trimetazidine for the treatment while treatment group were additionally given Shuxin Decotion. The clinical effects and the occurrence times of angina before and after the treatment as well as the duration of each attack of angina in both groups were observed. Results： The effective rate was 89. 0% in treatment group and 72. 0% in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. The occurrence times of angina as well as the duration of each attack of angina in both groups got marked decline after the treatment,and the decline in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group,with statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. The heart function in both group got great improvements after the treatment（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Shuxin Decotion combined with trimetazidine has remarkable therapeutic effects on CHD and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms.
