一贯煎合膈下逐瘀汤治疗中晚期原发性肝癌临床研究

The Clinical Research into Middle-Late Primary Liver Cancer Treated with Effective Integration Decoction in Combination with Expelling Stasis Below the Diaphragm Decoction

目的:观察一贯煎合膈下逐瘀汤治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组采用一般西医对症支持疗法,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用一贯煎合膈下逐瘀汤,观察两组患者的临床疗效及疼痛疗效。结果:临床疗方面对照组有效率为64%,治疗组有效率为88%,两组临床有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疼痛疗效方面比较对照组有效率为50%,治疗组有效率为76%,两组疼痛有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:一贯煎合膈下逐瘀汤治疗中晚期原发性肝癌可提高患者的临床疗效,缓解患者的疼痛症状。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Effective Integration Decoction in combination with Expelling Stasis Below the Diaphragm Decoction on middle-late primary liver cancer. Methods： One hundred patients with middle-late primary liver cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine symptomatic treatment,while the ones in the observation group were added Effective Integration Decoction in combination with Expelling Stasis Below the Diaphragm Decoction based on the treatment of the control group. Then the clinical curative effects and the pain curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results： In terms of the clinical curative effect,the clinical curative effect of the control group was 64%,while that of the treatment group was 88%; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. In terms of the pain effect,the pain effect of the control group was 50%,while that of the treatment group was 76%; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）.Conclusion： Effective Integration Decoction in combination with Expelling Stasis Below the Diaphragm Decoction can improve the clinical curative effect on middle-late primary liver cancer,and relieve the patients’ pain symptoms.
