晚蚕沙药熨治疗类风湿性关节炎31例

Thirty-One Cases with Rheumatoid Arthritis Treated with Medicated Ironing of Silkworm Excretions

目的:观察晚蚕沙药熨治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法:患者在常规治疗的基础上给予晚蚕沙药熨,观察患者治疗前后中医症状评分、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ESR)等情况。结果:31例患者中,痊愈3例,显效26例,有效为2例,无效0例,有效率100%;患者治疗后关节肿胀、关节痛、关节压痛、晨僵评分均优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:晚蚕沙药熨治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效显著,可明显改善患者的关节肿胀、关节痛、关节压痛、晨僵症状,规范的护理是晚蚕沙药熨发挥最大疗效的重要保障。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of the medicated ironing of silkworm excretions on rheumatoid arthritis（ RA）.Methods： On the basis of conventional treatment,patients were additionally given medicated ironing of silkworm excretions. The TCM symptoms scores,CRP,ESR before and after the treatment were observed. Results： Among the 31 cases,3 cases got cured,26 cases with excellent effect,2 cases with effective results and 0 case without effect; the effective rate was 100%. The scores of swelling,pain and tenderness and morning stiffness of the joints after the treatment were all better than those before the treatment.Conclusion： Medicated ironing of silkworm excretions has remarkable therapeutic effects on RA,which can obviously improve the symptoms of swelling,pain and tenderness and morning stiffness of the joints,and normative nursing is the important safeguard for the optimal exertion of the efficacy of the medicated ironing of silkworm excretions.
