健脾补肾化瘀法治疗血瘀型糖尿病肾病45例

Forty-Five Cases with Diabetic Nephropathy of Blood-Stasis Pattern Treated by the Method of Strengthening Spleen,Tonifying Kidney and Resolving Blood Stasis

目的:观察健脾补肾化瘀法治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将90例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各45例。对照组给予常规治疗,高血压者口服降血压药,采用降血糖药控制血糖,嘱患者低盐低脂低蛋白饮食。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服健脾补肾化瘀之中药。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后肾功能。结果:对照组有效率为64.4%,治疗组有效率为88.8%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后肾功能及血糖变化较治疗前明显改善,且治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾补肾化瘀法治疗糖尿病肾病具有改善肾脏微循环,调节免疫功能,减少蛋白尿,降低血糖之功能,对糖尿病肾损害有显著的缓解、控制甚至逆转的作用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of the method of strengthening spleen,tonifying kidney and resolving blood stasis on diabetic nephropathy（ DN）. Methods： Totally 90 cases with DN were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 45 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional treatment. The hypertension patients were orally given hypotensor,antidiabetic drugs and conducted low-salt,low-fat and low-protein diet. Treatment group were additionally given Chinese medicine with the effects of strengthening spleen,tonifying kidney and resolving blood stasis. The clinical effects of both groups and the kidney function before and after the treatment were observed. Results： The effective rate was 64. 4% in control group and 88. 8% in treatment group; the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. The kidney function and changes of blood sugar got obvious improvement after the treatment and the improvement in treatment group was better than that in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： In treating DN,the method of strengthening spleen,tonifying kidney and resolving blood stasis can improve the microcirculation of the kidney,regulate the immunity,decrease proteinuria and lower blood sugar,which has remarkable relieving,controlling even reversing effects on diabetic renal damage.
