蒲地灌肠液保留灌肠治疗湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病48例

Forty-Eight Cases with Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Due to Damp Heat Accumulation Treated by Retention Enema with Pudi Retention-Enema Liquid

目的:观察蒲地灌肠液保留灌肠治疗湿热郁结型盆腔炎性疾病(pelvic inflammatory disease,PID)的临床疗效。方法:将本院2013年2月—2015年3月收治PID患者96例,随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组各48例。对照组给予康妇炎胶囊口服,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予蒲地灌肠液保留灌肠治。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后血液流变学指标变化情况。结果:治疗组有效率为93.7%,对照组有效率为79.2%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血液流变学指标均较治疗前改善,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后C-反应蛋白(creactive protein,CRP)较治疗前改善,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蒲地灌肠液保留灌肠治疗PID能够改善患者血液流变学状态,增强毛细血管通透性,减轻炎症反应,有利于促进结缔组织松懈,溶解纤维组织。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Pudi Retention-Enema Liquid on pelvic inflammatory disease（ PID） due to damp heat accumulation. Methods： Totally 144 patients with PID hospitalized from February 2013 to March 2015 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 48 cases in each group. Control group were orally given Kangfuyan Capsules while treatment group were additionally given Pudi Retention-Enema Liquid for the treatment. The clinical effects were observed and the changes of the hemorheology indicators between the two groups after the treatment were compared. Results： The effective rate was 93. 7% in treatment group and 79. 2% in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. The hemorheology indicators and CRP in both groups got improved after the treatment,and the improvements in treatment group were better than that in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： In treating PID,Pudi Retention-Enema Liquid can improve the condition of hemorheology,enhance the capillary permeability,reduce the inflammatory reaction,promote the relaxing of connective tissue and resolve the fiber texture.
