摘要 目的:探讨针灸治疗能否有效降低痉挛型脑瘫患者的肌张力。方法:查阅中国知网2009年—2014年有关文献并进行分析总结,综述应用不同针灸方法治疗痉挛型脑瘫中降低肌张力的疗效。结果:针灸能有效降低痉挛型脑瘫患者的肌张力。结论:针灸做为传统治疗方法中的一种,其治疗痉挛型脑瘫临床疗效确切,但应加强其实验及机制的研究。但同时也存在一定的问题:针灸降低痉挛型脑瘫肌张力的实验研究很少;针灸降低肌张力的现代机制还没有被涉及,这是值得我们努力研究的一个方向,以便我们能用更生活的语言来向有所迷惑的患者或医生解释。肌张力评定指标的量化比较困难,目前评定多从以下三方面进行:静止性肌张力评定,姿势性肌张力评定,运动性肌张力评定。 Objective: To explore the influence of acupuncture on muscular tension of cerebral palsy of spastic type. Methods: The related literature between 2009 and 2014 were searched and analysized. The effects of different acupuncture methods in reducing the muscular tension in cerebral palsy of spastic type were summarized. Results: Acupuncture can effectively reduce the muscular tension of patients with cerebral palsy of spastic type. Conclusion: As a traditional therapy,Acupuncture has definite efficacy on cerebral palsy of spastic type,but the experiments and researches on the mechanism should be further conducted. However,there are still some problems: experimental researches on acupuncture reducing muscular tension in cerebral palsy of spastic type are not sufficient; the modern mechanism in acupuncture reducing muscular tension hasn’ t been involved,which is a direction worthy of exploring in order that we can use more life-related language to explain for the confused patients and doctors. The quantization of the evaluation indexes of muscular tension is difficult to realize and the present evaluations mostly are conducted from the following three aspects: evaluation of static muscular tension,evaluation of posture muscular tension and mobility muscular tension.
