从痰瘀论治白塞病研究概况

Research Situation of Behcet Disease Treated From the Aspect of Phlegm and Blood Stasis

在痰瘀客观化研究中发现,痰瘀所致的内分泌免疫功能失常可能为白塞病的发病机制,化痰祛瘀药可多途径,多靶点对其发病机制进行有效干预。现代对痰瘀本质的研究,已经进入到细胞分子水平并不断进展,而有关痰瘀与白塞病相关性的理论研究亦在不断丰富和证实,现代中医界的多数专家自拟方以及对经方在临床中的应用得以证实,但其相关的方药、剂型、临床样本量等等明显不足,但有关白塞病的急危重症研究明显缺乏,可适当增加随机、对照临床试验的样本量,加强对远期疗效的观察,同时也应加强对现代医学理论的引入、应用,达到优势互补。

In the discoveries of the objective researches of phlegm and blood stasis,the endocrine immunity malfunction due to phlegm and blood stasis may be the pathogenesis of behcet disease. Phlegm-resolving and blood stasis-removing drugs can exert effective intervention on the pathogenesis with multiple methods and targets. The studies on the nature of the phlegm and blood stasis have reached the level of cells and are developing increasingly,and the theoretical studies on the correlation between the phlegm and blood stasis and behcet disease are constantly enriched and confirmed. Modern TCM experts have composed new formulas and applied many classical formulas in the clinical practice,which have been verified. However,the relevant prescriptions,dosage forms and clinical samples are far from enough,neither is the study on the acute and severe symptoms of behcet disease.Random and controlled clinical trials sample size can be increased,long-term efficacy observation should be strengthened,and the introduction and application of modern medical theories should be enhanced to achieve complementary advantages.
