摘要
[目的/意义]在国外,"intelligence studies(情报学)""library and information(图书情报)""information science(信息科学)"是重心明确不同、有着明确分野的三个不同学科。而在中国,"情报学"是将三者混为一谈的,造成了社会对"情报学"学科认知上的混乱,影响了学科的健康发展。[方法/过程]面向帮助社会各界确立中国情报学正确认知的需要,从与国际接轨的视角对中国情报学的要义进行了界定,归纳了中国情报学宣传推介因素缺失表现的3个方面,从5个方面勾勒了中国情报学的未来发展愿景。[结果/结论]从5个方面提出了中国情报学宣传推介的策略要点,包括:(1)依托宣传推介中国情报学的专业期刊与品牌会议平台,开展中国情报学重大问题研究,持续产出能产生社会影响的研究成果;(2)加强面向中国政府部门、中国本土企业、有关事业单位高层领导的宣传推介;(3)成立中国情报大学和中国情报学发展基金会,形成宣传推介中国情报学的稳定组织机构;(4)持续加强对国外情报工作的研究与宣传推介;(5)重视借助有强大影响力的社会传播媒体渠道,加强面向经贸等民口情报主体领域和主流用户群体的宣传推介。
[Purpose / Significance]In overseas,"intelligence studies""library and information""information science"are three very different discipline mutually. But in China,the three different disciplines are considered to be indistinctive,then confusion in perception has produced naturally and the development of discipline of intelligence studies of China is restricted consequentially. [Method / Process]For promoting a correct perception about the discipline of intelligence studies of China,the essentials of discipline of intelligence studies of China is defined from international peer angle first,then three main promotion deficiency aspects about discipline of intelligence studies of China are concluded,five major scenarios about vision of discipline of intelligence studies of China in future are depicted subsequently.[Result / Conclusion]The five main points about promotion strategy of discipline of intelligence studies of China are introduced emphatically.
