我国科技情报工作存在的主要问题及转型途径

[目的/意义]情报并不仅仅是信息的传递,而是在此基础上的人工智力加工,应用于经济、科技等各个领域中的市场经营、危机提前预示之中,目前我国的科技情报所虽然在各方面工作都取得了很大成就,但科技情报机构原有的信息资源收集等方面功能退化的问题越来越明显。[方法/过程]将从当前科技情报机构的现状入手,分析科技情报机构发展中所存在内部体制问题和外部环境变化因素,并根据当前的国情提出科技情报工作的战略目标与对策并给出科技情报工作相应的保障措施。[结果/结论]通过研究,进一步明确科技情报的自身定位,在不断加长自身"短板"的同时,保持原有优势,以便准确为科技的创新提供更多实用和前瞻性服务。
