h_(p-c)指数——作者合作视角下的纯h指数修正

h_(p-c)Index: Modification of Pure h-index Based on Co-authorship

[目的/意义]针对作者影响力评估指标纯h指数存在的问题,改进相应指标以便能更好评价作者学术成就。[方法/过程]从作者合作视角出发,将合作度和作者署名排序引入到纯h指数以及修正的纯h指数计算范畴中,提出一种新的作者学术成就指标——hp-c指数。随后利用CNKI网络出版总库"图书情报与数字图书馆"学科20位作者的发文数量、单篇被引频次、合作作者数量、作者署名位次等数据进行实证分析。[结果/结论]与传统指数相比,hp-c指数对具有相同指数的作者拥有较好的区分,区分度高达100%;hp-c指数对作者数量和作者署名顺序、单篇被引频次等敏感度较高,指标结果更加全面精细。

[Purpose / Signification] Aiming at solving the problems of pure h-index for author impact assessing,this article improves the index to achieve a better evaluation.[Method / Process] From the perspective of author collaboration,a newimproved index defined as hp-c-index is proposed on the basis of h-index and pure h-index,which is sensitive to the author＇s signature order and the number of authors. Then we selects the records of the top 20 authors in subjects of ＂Library and Information Science and Digital Library ＂from CNKI and analyzes each author＇s number of papers,cited times etc. [Result / Conclusion] The results showthat hp-c-index has superior differentiation capability to classical index and the differentiation rate reaches 100%; hp-c-index is sensitive to number of authors,author＇s signature order,and single article cited times,and its evaluation results are more precise compared to some traditional evaluation index.
