摘要
道岔是轨道线路的三大薄弱环节之一,是限制开行高速列车以及重载列车的关键因素。道岔最主要的特征就是其横截面外形随长度方向的变化而变化,使得线路存在较大的横向不平顺和垂向不平顺。针对典型结构形式的城市轨道低地板车辆正线小曲线道岔通过性能问题进行分析研究,基于SIMPACK以7号右向道岔为例,建立了低地板车辆列车模型和道岔变截面轨道模型,对正常曲线通过和道岔通过结果进行了对比分析。利用多体动力学软件SIMPACK对城轨车辆道岔通过进行动力学仿真分析,动力学模型使用了3节列车模型,头尾车为动车、采用独立旋转车轮,中间车为拖车、采用独立轮对,通过速度30 km/h。
Turnout is one of three principle weak of railway tracks, and it is the key of limiting high-speed EMUs and heavy load trains. The most important characteristic of the turnout is the cross-sections of tracks are varying along track-length, it makes some transverse irregularity and vertical irregularity existing in the turnout. For the performance of the light rail vehicle which use a typical structure passing through the main line turnout with small radius, establish the low-floor vehicle train model and turnout model with variable cross-section. Takethe China NO.7 type turnout for example, campare and anlayse the result of the normal curve passing and the turnout passing. The dynamic responses of urban rail are obtained by SIMPACK while passing the turnout in the paper. The dynamic model adapts three trains, the both ends are motor cars which adapt traditional wheel-sets, the middle is tow car which adapts independent wheel-sets, the speed is 30krn/h.
