摘要
针对高速列车整备状态车体进行了多输入、多输出正弦扫频模态试验和线路运行试验。通过正弦扫频试验数据分析了载重变化对整备车体的1阶垂弯、扭转和菱形固有频率的影响,并根据线路试验数据分析了在200 km/h速度下载重变化对车体运行平稳性指标的影响。结果表明,载重不仅改变车体的总质量,同时也改变车体的刚度,车体的固有频率与载重成反比,而与刚度成正比;当车体的固有频率与线路激励接近时,车体运行平稳性指标增加;反之,平稳性指标减小。
The multi-input multi-output sine sweep modal tests and line operational tests were conducted on the high-speed train carbody. According to the sine sweep modal test results, the effect of load variation on the carbody natural frequency of the first vertical bending, torsion and rhombic was analyzed. And the effect of load variation on the ride index of the carbody was analyzed by the line operational test results at the speed of 200km/h. The analysis results indicated that load could change both the total mass and stiffness of the carbody. The natural frequency of the carbody was inversely proportional to the load and directly proportional to stiffness. When the natural frequency of carbody was close to the main line excitation frequency, the ride index of the carbody increased, contrarily decreased.
