摘要
结合已有的机车滚动抱轴箱的静强度及疲劳强度计算方法,进行了有限元工程分析方法的改进。其中的垂向动载荷的计算提出了一种理论力学的分析方法,还考虑了电机传动比以及车轴、抱轴箱、电机等装配位置尺寸对计算分析的影响。以某轴悬式抱轴箱为例进行了分析计算,结果与实际抱轴箱裂纹产生特征相符合,并提出该改进方法更能针对性的根据机车的设计参数情况进行强度计算分析。
Combining the existing calculation methods of static strength and fatigue strength of suspending tube of locomotive, improve the engineering finite element analysis method. Propose a method of Theoretical Mechanics in the vertical load calculation, and considering the influences of ratio of Motor drive and assembly position dimension of axles, suspending tube, motor. Taking a suspending tube as an example into analyzing and calculating. The calculation results meets the characteristics of cracks of suspending tube. The proposed method is more targeted for improving strength calculation and analysis of the suspending tube based on the design parameters of the locomotive.
